should babu's be replaced by managers???

ias is more lured by power than money ...mangers are more lured by money than power tehy are ready to work hard and excel..thats the attitude they have been inculcated ...but in the case of ias they want easy job social status ,,,these kind of people are not needed in any department...i acccecpt exceptions are always there ..but thats the expectations managers will be the change needed in the society

i don't agree with you nilesh as i think its the individual human's tendency/trait as how much he/she gets lured by money and power rather than the post they are handling.no 2 yr course and study can inculcate these trhings in us, it takes all the experiences of our growing yrs to decide as how much strongly we stick to teh values and morals....
