Sexual harassment at work place, schools, collages, parties, travel, roads etc. is a very common news which we hear the most. Most of the peoples are not aware about sexual harassment and its very important to make them aware, this will help us to decrease occurring sexual harassment. one of the tactic one can adopt is to avoid spreading one's mobile number in school, college or professional group. Mobile is the easiest and most commonly used medium to get closer or to harass anybody.
 
Not only mobile but house phone too and yea i've seen some girls help boys in targetting another girls... what bout them ???
 
listen guys the root cause of this problem seems to be a girl coz if the girl gives so much liberty the boys are offcourse gonna react in that manner .... so kind advice GIRLS learn Martial Arts :B so that u can be safe

I don't agree to u on the dressing part, but iI do suggest that if you r not open any kind of activity from other sexes or alike, than you should always keep a check on ur presentation of your ownself, by this i mean that u should not look as if u r suggestive or open to casual workplace relationships.

And even if someone approaches u, u should have the courage to say no, in 95% of the cases saying no will suffice, but if doesn't you can always approach ur seniors and the harassment committee if it exists in ur workplace.

If necessary also try and record audio or visual of such advances, which can be later on used as evidence
 
itz not about attire or mobile number. itz all about attitude. if your attitude is good, no one can dare to do something
 
I feel there should be protection and a feeling of security among every worker in the work place.

(b) a demand or request for sexual favours
(c) sexually coloured remarks
(d) showing pornography
(e) any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature.
