The above-mentioned link does not work since about September 2013. Now you need to go to the SEBI homepage and select 'Regulations' from the 'Legal Framework' drop-down menu in the navigation bar. At present, the latest regulations regarding mutual funds (the ones that were released in 2015) are seen to be on page 2 of that list.
