Search company that relives a lot of HRM information online

Hello dear reader!

I am looking for help in finding a company that would provide me with a lot of information on their HRM activities. Is there any popping up in your mind?

I need so for an HRM class that I am attending at my university. In particular, one has to find a company and describe it firstly (General Information; How assessment, recuitment & selection is working; the Appraisal procedure). Following up we are actually supposed to hold an interview with one of the HR-staff to discover any problem with the employees. After analyzing it by making use of relevant theories we shall then give recommendations.

But of course christmas is coming quickly wherefore the chances to get someone interviewed are pretty low. Therefore, I will most likely set a virtual case connected to work-life balance and write about that.

So.. I would be glad to get some support! Initially I wanted to write about the United Nations but the tools of this supernational are simply to extensive!

You should find a lot of reference material available on varies practices by global companies.

If you run a people search, you may also be able to get hold of HR managers of various companies here. Connect with them and you should be able to conduct the interview as well.
