When the first rays of the sun were yet to light up mother earth, our Managing Worker and Chairman fondly called Saharasri, visited his 234-acre plot near Lonavla for the first time. At the strike of dawn his sight fell on a fort-like hill. His visionary zeal could not hold him back; he began his search for a pathway, which never existed.
His "never give in" spirit made him create a pathway through the thickets, bushes, boulders and up the hill. On finally reaching the top, he could not believe it, it was actually an ancient monumental fort. After every ten steps, he would stop and gaze out to the farthest possible horizon.
Finding it difficult to describe the view, emotions running high, vision playing hide and seek with him, he began talking aloud in his mind, "breathtaking", "incredible", "nature so pure". Yes. That is it. Amby Valley Sahara Lake City - "Ultimately to Offer World's Best City Living" was born.
The rest is history. The vision began unfolding by the planting of trees followed by development.
