Saam-Daam-Dand-Bhed.......

Saam refers to use of influence, ‘sweet words’ or any non materialistic influential factor that can be used.

Daam is money, though I would like to call it any materialistic wealth that can be used, it includes bribing too.

Dand means punishment, to punish by some means in order to achieve desired result.

Bhed clearly means divide and rule.
 
These principles that can be applied in real life both in good and bad way's. It's always good to use these principles as a guide to achieve your desired results but it should be done for the right reason.

Naresh think over it again. You can refer them in your daily life also. Not every thing, i mean Saam daam Dand Bhed take one by one, i think you will surely get the answer to this.
