Australia seamer Kane Richardson, who was held by Rajasthan Royals, in front of the 2015 season, has quit of the IPL refering to individual reasons. The establishment is yet to name a substitution, despite the fact that they were decently loaded in pace-bowling alternatives with any semblance of chief Shane Watson, Tim Southee, James Faulkner, Dhawal Kulkarni, Rusty Theron, Chris Morris, Ben Cutting and Stuart Binny.

Richardson has played 10 matches in IPL, including seven of the Royals' 14 last season, for 11 wickets at an economy of 7.9. All the more as of late, he took 10 wickets from nine matches for Adelaide Strikers in BBL.

Taking after the point of reference set in 2013, Sri Lankan players won't emphasize in any of the matches played in Chennai amid this present season's IPL. As indicated by a BCCI insider, the measure is just a "safety oriented" move, remembering the security of Sri Lankan players and match authorities.

The players and groups that will be influenced by this diktat are Delhi Daredevils' Angelo Mathews, Kings XI Punjab's Thisara Perera, and Mumbai Indians' Lasith Malinga.

In 2013, the state legislature of Tamil Nadu had kept in touch with the Indian Prime Minister requesting a boycott on Sri Lankan players' contribution in the Chennai leg of the IPL. It was responding to the developing political strains, coming from the treatment of ethnic Tamils in Sri Lanka.
