For every single job in any government dept employees need to retire at a certain age... then why the hell politicians have no such rules.
Is it because, to run a government, the most important factor is experience. If we stop the most experienced persons from entering politics, we may lose the most experienced brains or More than experience, the will to do something is important. Every job needs a mixture of experience and youth, and every job has it.
For some reason the Indian political system is the only one which doesnt incorporate this rule.
