There are some case studies which you can refer to in the group discussion section.

Basically cases where in traditional management resists change for modern management or cases where the new guy gets too aggressive and spoils the whole business.

You can make one of your own.

take any IT related software changeover where it cuts the workmanship by half so staff fear they would loose their job.... like wise any caase can be taken of automation for that matter.
