Reservation in jobs for local people.

There is should be some reservation in job for local people.They should be given first preference in terms of employment.There should be employment generated for them to earn a leaving.They are local first residents so they get major preference for employment.

I am against the reservation whether it is for woman, local people etc. There is no need to give reservation in jobs for the local people. It should be applied for them who are talented but poor candidate who even does not have enough cash in their hands to reach the destination of any job interview, professional dress.
