TITAN Containers is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our Global Marketing team. In this key role, you’ll lead initiatives to grow high-quality organic traffic that supports brand visibility, lead generation, and long-term business growth across multiple countries and product lines. You’ll combine technical SEO, content strategy, and a deep understanding of user intent to ensure our websites perform — both in search and for real users.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive SEO roadmap for our global website portfolio of 40+ websites. From keyword research and competitor analysis to on-page optimisation and link-building, you’ll drive initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, you’ll turn performance data into actionable insights.
This is a highly collaborative role. You’ll work closely with our content writers, developers, global marketing team, and UX designers to ensure SEO is embedded in our digital platforms and aligned with our commercial objectives.

The SEO Manager will report directly to our Group CMO. We have got a great in-house global marketing team placed around the world who will assist you daily. You have experience working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a results-driven SEO strategy aligned with TITAN’s business goals
Lead keyword research, SERP and competitor analysis across international markets
Define and implement on-page SEO best practices (metadata, headers, schema, etc.)
Own and evolve our link-building strategy in collaboration with local teams and PR
Conduct regular site audits to improve crawlability, internal linking, and page speed
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in coordination with our in-house IT team
Monitor performance and report on KPIs using industry-standard SEO tools
Stay ahead of SEO trends, AI advancements (including LLMs), and algorithm updates
Make sure that we get as much exposure on LLMs as possible (ChatGPT etc.)
What you bring to the role:
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong track record of results
Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and web analytics
Experience WordPress CMS
Preferably some understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs
Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a data-driven approach
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken
