What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage North American SMBs via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Learn Steps AI deeply and pitch it with clarity and confidence
- Own your sales pipeline - from outreach to booked meetings
- Book 20+ qualified meetings/month
- Work directly with founders on messaging and strategy
- Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, and HubSpot
You'll Be Great If You
- Have 1-3 years of outbound SDR/BDR experience (U.S. or global market preferred)
- Treat sales as a craft, not a checklist
- Can write sharp emails and handle "no" with confidence
- Take full ownership of results and thrive with autonomy
- Want to grow into an AE role within 6-12 months
- Are comfortable working U.S. hours (6 PM - 3 AM IST)
