As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform, SpringVerify. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

Role Overview:
As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform, SpringVerify. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
- Assist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
- Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Decent Graduate with a strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.

- 6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced, full-time internship where you’ll work six days a week.
- Night Shifts & Weekends: While not a regular requirement, there may be times when you'll need to work night shifts or Sundays. When that happens, you'll be compensated for your extra efforts.
- Overtime (OT): If you’re required to work on Sundays or night shifts, you’ll receive overtime pay as per company policy. Your time and hard work will be recognized and rewarded!
- Work Hours: 8 hours alike a full time job.
- 8:00 AM to 5 PM
- 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
- 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
- 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
- 11.00 AM to 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
