What You'll Do
As our Technical Recruiter in Poland, you will:
Partner directly with the senior team to define hiring needs
Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for engineering, product, and data roles
Manage recruitment pipelines, interview scheduling, and candidate experience
Build a strong local network of engineers and technical talent
Assist in setting up recruitment infrastructure (ATS, outreach templates, metrics tracking)
Collaborate with global HR and recruiting operations in Europe and Asia
What We're Looking For
Based in Poland, fluent in English (Polish is a plus)
2–5 years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.
Proven success in hiring for developers, PMs, or data engineers
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely across time zones
Bonus: experience recruiting in international or startup environments
