We are in URGENT need of an Office Admin team member, to help with data entry tasks. This job is good for someone who handles tasks online on their own. This will be 1099 Contractor only. Not employee. We are Hvac (air conditioning) and building inspection company. Looking for someone kind, who will stay with us long term (we have been in business 10 yrs), can handle full time work (8am-5pm PST California time), has easy knowledge of using websites for data entry and **Whatsapp** is a must. The majority of job is inputting Hvac info into websites to submit online and our contacting customers on Whatsapp (may not need this part of job, since its overseas). There may be days we have nothing, may be days with lots of work. If you finish all your tasks early, then you can do as you please. The salary is the same regardless if there is work or not.
We dont micro-manage, but we do ask for someone to be reachable and responsive to us during the office time to be able to update us if a customer is asking for their paperwork.
