We’re looking for a versatile, high-initiative growth marketer to support go-to-market and growth initiatives across ventures in our studio. This is not a junior role—you’ll bring a strong track record, proven expertise, and concrete case studies from past projects. Ideal candidates have independently led marketing functions or major campaigns and are comfortable owning strategy and execution.
This is not a training-ground role. While we work collaboratively, we expect you to bring high-level experience and move fast without hand-holding.
We’re flexible on structure—project-based quotes, hourly rates, or a mix. For the right collaborator, we’re excited to build in a performance-based component, because we believe top growth experts thrive when their results drive their upside. Let’s align incentives together.

About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile, high-initiative growth marketer to support go-to-market and growth initiatives across ventures in our studio. This is not a junior role—you’ll bring a strong track record, proven expertise, and concrete case studies from past projects. Ideal candidates have independently led marketing functions or major campaigns and are comfortable owning strategy and execution.
This is not a training-ground role. While we work collaboratively, we expect you to bring high-level experience and move fast without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute go-to-market strategies for early-stage ventures
Design, test, and scale marketing experiments across content, paid ads, social, and more
Collaborate on defining and hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to traction, engagement, and growth
Use data to double down on what works, cut what doesn’t, and keep momentum high
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and output across marketing workflows
Adapt messaging and tactics based on venture stage and audience feedback
Collaborate with founders, designers, and product leads to align growth with vision
Rapidly learn new tools, platforms, and approaches as needed
Ideal Profile
Has a strong track record of growth marketing leadership—bonus for startup, product launch, or venture studio experience
Can provide case studies or examples of past growth wins and measurable outcomes
Works comfortably against KPIs and uses metrics to guide decisions
Is comfortable with ambiguity and highly self-directed
Thinks in experiments and data, not dogma
Communicates clearly and works cross-functionally with technical and creative teams
Is curious about AI and actively tests new tools to work smarter
Leaves ego at the door—values impact over attribution
Thrives in early-stage chaos and jumps in where needed
