Schedule & Hours:
- Monday–Friday, start times between 7:45 AM–8:30 AM, working as late as 5:00 PM
- Every 3rd or 4th Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM
- Average of 37 hours/week
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Build meaningful customer relationships and create a welcoming experience
- Support online and mobile banking users with troubleshooting and guidance
- Open new checking and savings accounts
- Manage teller drawer transactions, order cash, and balance the vault
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs throughout the day

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of teller or banking experience
Solid math skills and confidence handling cash
Strong communication—both written and verbal
High level of trust, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information
The ability to multitask and shift focus quickly while staying organized and accurate
