Business Development Rep (BDR), IT Services

Location: – Anywhere USA


We have a BDR/Demand Generation position open at Datavail that is different than most traditional Business Development positions:

At Datavail, marketing and sales work together using the latest in account-based marketing approaches, predictive analytics and scoring, persona mapping and journey orchestration to reach the right decision maker at the right prospect at the right time with the right content and offer. You'd join a seasoned team of BDR professionals, working with enterprise and mid-market prospective B-to-B clients. We are looking for a professional skilled at speaking with decision makers, probing for relevance, generating interest, lightly qualifying, and setting sales appointments. Your compensation is a healthy base and upside commission-based opportunities created, and a percentage of closed deals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
  • 3-4 Years Sales Experience (Technology, IT Consulting, SaaS) primarily in inside sales
  • Technical background in solution selling a strong plus
  • Familiarity in Salesforce (SFDC), or experience with daily CRM Tools
  • Flexibility to work unsupervised, ability to work from home
  • Able to balance multiple tasks at once, shift focus quickly
