Ensure every new hire feels clarity, culture, and momentum from day one
Growth Coach & Performance Partner
Support team members with personalized growth plans
Drive feedback cycles, 1:1s, and performance reviews
Culture & Retention Architect
Improve team retention with systems, rituals & feedback loops
Build a magnetic culture people don’t want to leave
Hiring & Process Builder
Write job descriptions, manage recruiting pipelines, lead interviews
Build HR systems that scale smoothly
Requirements
5+ years in HR, People Ops, or team coaching
Experience in remote teams or fast-scaling companies
Tools: Notion, Slack, Typeform, Airtable, Make (nice to have)
High emotional intelligence, radical candor, bias for action
