We're Hiring: Junior Designer / Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Hours: 15-25 hours/week
Start Date: Immediately
We're on the lookout for a Junior Designer / Marketing Coordinator to join our small, collaborative team. This person will collaborate closely with the Brandog founders and team to assist with the creative strategy and execution for all client accounts. This is an amazing way to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly changing digital environment.
You’ll also support ad creation across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. While prior experience with these platforms is helpful, it's not essential—we’re happy to guide you. You’ll be working as part of a small team and we require you to work both independently and collaboratively with others.
To be considered for this role, you must be based in the UK or available to work standard UK hours, 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
Design social media ads and landing pages for client accounts, which may include image retouching
Brainstorm, ideate, and produce original ad content for client’s advertising accounts
Conduct brand & competitive analysis and audits for new and existing accounts
Design internal and client-facing documents as needed, including onboarding documents, pitch presentations, etc.
Assist with platform execution including ad loading and optimization
Help with internal organization and project management
Requirements
- Native English speaker or similar proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Independent, self-starter, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, startup environment
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with firm deadlines
Capable of executing projects from concept to completion with a high attention to detail
Team player with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate of a graphic design or visual communications program, or commensurate professional experience
Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop
Experience with animation and video editing software are a plus
