In the rapidly evolving landscape of professional recruitment, the preference for 'smart' individuals has become a prominent trend, according to Dr. Jitendra Das, Director of FORE School. Dr. Das emphasizes that in today's competitive job market, recruiters are not just looking for candidates with the right qualifications and experience; they are increasingly seeking individuals who possess a unique blend of intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. These 'smart' people are characterized by their ability to quickly grasp new concepts, solve complex problems, and innovate in dynamic environments. Dr. Das further notes that such candidates are highly valued because they can contribute to organizational growth and success by bringing fresh ideas and efficient solutions to the table. Moreover, these individuals are often adept at leveraging technology and data to drive decision-making, a critical skill in the digital age. Therefore, fostering a culture that nurtures and attracts 'smart' talent is becoming a strategic imperative for organizations aiming to stay ahead in the global market.
