Duties :::
Shortlisting candidates after review their respective CV Speaking to the
shortlisted candidates. This will involve briefing them about the
prospective company and the subsequent profile or role.
Coordinating with the client and candidate for interviews Performing
various activities on Job Portals such as, posting, reviewing of
applications, editing.
Client visit for some special assignment Maintaining daily reports in
excel sheet
Your KRA (Key Result Area) :
Making the candidate join the prospective company.
Maintaining healthy relations with the client.
Optimum use of resources such as phone call and time.
Remuneration and Incentive
The following is the remuneration for first two months only :
· A Salary of Rs. 4000.00, rupees four thousand only per month.
· Incentive will be paid for each candidate joined. The incentive will be
credit in the next immediate salary. The following is the structure :
o Rs 500.00 - for salary less than or equal to Rs 12,000.00.- Low Level
o Rs. 1000.00 - for salary more than Rs. 12,000.00 or equal to Rs
30,000.00 - Mid Level
The revised remuneration will be communicated at the near completion of
the above said period.
Clauses :
You will be provided with a handset to make and receive phone calls. You
will use this handset only for our services. No personal calls either
incoming or outgoing will be entertained. You will switch off this handset
after your work hours.
The phone bill of the handset provided to you will be reimbursed for an
amount of Rs. 1000.00, rupees one thousand only for the voice calls. Any
incurred amount for voice calls, beyond the specified amount will be
debited from your salary.
You will work from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On
Saturday, the working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. During this
work hours, you must be accessible either via phone,internet chat or
email.
If you discontinue your service without 15 days notice, you will not be
paid the salary neither the incentive.
Your non working days will also include major bank holidays such as
Diwali,Holi,Independence Day,Republic Day and others.
NOTE : The acceptance of this agreement does not confirm your joining.
