Usually employees are 3 kinds 1) who get motivated with pay packages
2) Who can motivate them selves and find pleasure in working(Need challenging targets and chance to explore).
3) One who can perform good in good and friendly environment.
so satisfaction of the employees depends on their type ............so first find out their criteria to judge their organisation.........
1) What are your expectations from the organisation.?(Ask for criteria)
A) Good pay package
B) Healthy working conditions
C) Growth prospects

2) Satisfaction levels with current organisation
Goood Average Bad ( You can also take 5 or 7 point scale .,,,,but it is bit difficult in quantifying data............)
