I am sending you sample questions..........(To find out employee satisfaction........)

Usually employees are 3 kinds 1) who get motivated with pay packages

2) Who can motivate them selves and find pleasure in working(Need challenging targets and chance to explore).

3) One who can perform good in good and friendly environment.

so satisfaction of the employees depends on their type ............so first find out their criteria to judge their organisation.........

1) What are your expectations from the organisation.?(Ask for criteria)

A) Good pay package
B) Healthy working conditions
C) Growth prospects
d) Reputation

2) Satisfaction levels with current organisation

Goood Average Bad ( You can also take 5 or 7 point scale .,,,,but it is bit difficult in quantifying data............)

3) What is motivating............

Organisation Culture

Dress Code

Office infrastructure( Comfortable chairs proper computers........)

Quality of food available...

Lighting arrangements..........

IS the work environment lively(Colors...plants)

Opinion on organistion heirarchy

Opinion on formal communication system

Does grapevine exists and opinion

Work targets are they informed in advance ? Has sufficient time provided to meet those targets...............Do they feel stress ful

Are you satisfied with current pay structure....?

About growth prospects...........

Where do u see your self after 2 years with the organisation. ?

Is your work properly appraised and promotions are properly given?

Does your organisation (provide a chance)help you to reach your dream goals ?



For Women in the organisation


Do you feel gender discrimination?

Infrastructure does it have cruches.........etc?

Number of leaves given is it sufficient (Maternioty leaves...........)

Any evidences of glass ceiling?

Are their complaints properly dealt?

Do they fell secured to work inthe org?

U had repeated the same question many times about workload.............

why so?

and i suggest you to restructure your questions.....

If you ask, can you cope up with the work every one will say yes.........don't you think question is tooooooooo direct

and with employee satisfaction they are many other factors to be considered ....

rest are ok..
