hiiiii frens plzzz help me in making a questionnare to survey in a college i.e the students opinion about different courses,teachers and their teaching.or plzzzzz give me some questions its urgent i have to submit it tomorrow.

well its very simple mate start wit basic intro name coll and course dey do
den u ask details abt there course there college teachers etc

isnt it simple try to put opons wherever pssbl in the questionnaire so easy for u also to analyse
