well .... there are lot of questions u can ask an Hr manager .. but i doubt if he will spill all the details..
For recruitment
u can ask..
how do they advertise for a vacancy- thru job portals, newspapers, thru internal network, contacts, mass mailin??
how do they screen the resume?
after searching for appropriate candidates , wat skills n qualifiactions they look for?
how do they know that the candidate is good or not by looking at the resume?
do they conduct telephonic interview for the same??
wat makes a resume exceptional?do they consider extra curricular activities of the candidates??
etc etc there are lot more questions
and the selection
what kind of interviews they take- behavioral, stress, one to one n panel etc ...wat kind of questions are asked
how many rounds of interviews are condcted??
what do they look for in a candidate wen they are being interviewed?
how do they shortlist the candidate for the various rounds??
how do they finally select a candidate for the job?
there are many questions and recruitment & selection vary frm company to company n level of management
