Hey Guys I have one query....

I'm working as Project Engineer from last 2yrs with Reliance Infocomm Ltd.But Now i really want to change to another field like RF planning or Switch may be to software testing.
Is it possible to do so or are their any candidates among u guys jisne aisa kiya hoooo.

Plz suggest me wat to do hw would i create my cv shall i write my experience as project enggineer or i shall i write the thinngs related to field in which i want to go....i'm confused guys help me out.plzzzzzzzzzz........

WEll let me guess this correct, currently you are wrking as a project engineer, but now as u said u wanna shift to software testing the prob could be the designation firstly..!!

I mean to say if u shift into software testing with a work ex of 2 yrs tht to reliance u want be gettin same position & if you u'll have to settle with a lil less known company than reliance..!!

For CV, its always good to show your accomplishments first that is being project manager & than when you are in the personal interview show them the die hard attitude you have or passion u have towards the field..!!

P.s : Though dont boast about u can be the best at software testing its more of sincerity which recruiters loook for..!!

don;t u think vishal it;s hard to justfify and defend that why u want to change ur line...after having an exp of near 2 years it;s not that easy to change ur domain...moreover i think the skill set can b another hinderance...i think jaspreet need to improve his skill set too...as people in software might b helpful n that...regarding contemporary softwares in demand and all..
