Re Fresher Job in HR : 1.Try yo concentrate on HR Role, wherever you are going to attend Interview pl go the JOB DESCRIPTION First, what kind of business they are in,
relate with thenm in HR Strategy.
2.Attend all Job Interview , including Campus.
3.You have to contribute a significant impact to the organizations in the areas of Recruitment,Employer Branding, Engagement & Retention, Performance Management, Talent, Leadership and Succession Planning.
4.Re your preference in Admin Job ; I suggest you dont jump into this area, your skill, talent will be never evalauted/honoured.
5.Try to answer all questions in any Interview. Group Role/Discussions ,or any kind of Test.
In Todays's Corporate world : emlpoyer should satisfy himself that they are hiring right talent. OR WHAT IS IN IT FOR ME?/THEM ?
6.Look into Company Profile , their style of working, leadership, Business, processess, etc
always find suitable or professionally managed company for future career.Just think : if u are Completing MBA HR in 2013/14 you should target your career Progession with five years time.
7.You should know all Text Book questions & answers.Also prepare yourself in Case Study Solutions.
