1) There are three switches downstairs. Each corresponds to one of the three light bulbs in the attic. You can turn the switches on and off and leave them in any position.
How would you identify which switch corresponds to which light bulb, if you are only allowed one trip upstairs?

2) You are shown two doors - one leading to hell and the second one to heaven and only the door guards know what is behind the doors. One guard is always lying and the other is always telling the truth (of course, you don't know who is lying). You can ask only one guard one question.
What question can get you to heaven?

3) A fellow encountered a bear in a wasteland. Both got frightened - fellow ran to the north, bear to the west. Suddenly the fellow stopped, aimed his gun to the south and shot the bear.
What color was the bear?

4) If you had a 5-liter bowl and a 3-liter bowl, and an unlimited access to water, how would you measure exactly 4 liters?

Answering the last two questions...
3. White
4. Take water in the 5 ltr bowl..from that take away water by the 3 ltr bowl..that leaves you with exactly 2 ltrs of water.. Repeat the procedure two times and walllahhh..you have exactly 4 ltrs of water with you..:)

Nice try pratik, but in answer 4,there is only two container of 3 and 5 lit.; Once you will get 2 lit in one go then where you gonna put this 2 lit?? because until you will store this 2lit in somewhere you can not repeat the process.. so try again .. :)

Ok..considering the constraints mentioned by you..here goes..
1. Fill the 5 liter bowl
2. Take away 3 liters from the 5liter bowl using the 3 liter bowl..that should leave you with 2 liters in the 5 liter bowl.
3. Empty the 3 liter bowl and put the 2 liters from the 5 liter bowl into the 3 liter bowl making the 5 liter bowl empty.
4. Fill the 5 liter bowl again.
5. Now from the 5 liter bowl add enough water into the 3 liter bowl which contained 2 liters of water previously, to make it full..that's exactly 1 liter.
6. Now you are left with exactly 4 liters of water in the 5 liter bowl...:)
