What foods contain protein?
Mostly protein: Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, tofu.
Some protein: Legumes, nuts, nut butters, seeds, seed butters, milk, cheese, cottage cheese, soy beverages, yogurt.
Little protein: Whole grain breads, rice, pasta, quinoa, barley.
