project required-performance appraisal

hay dude even i m doin the same project but with hotels
well 1st thing start study concept of hospitality becoz airlines also comes in hospitality industry.............then take permission from any airlines....after getting permisson prepare questionare...........study which appraisal system they follow in their system........well for making more qualitative go for comparison between 2 airlines.....................

i want to study the effectiveness of performance appraisal systen in air india that too in precise way like its effect on promotion or training and development .. this i need to decide
second thing is , air india has all file work n performance appraisal is not a part of the information systems
so i want to recommend sum efficient PA system for the same
