Good work, however a few things are missing. cost of lifts, vehicles, the beautification and lighting outside, swimming pools etc are not there. Also thee manpower cost is too low excludes the supporting staffs. Besides this, working capital cost is missing. In revenue generation, there are many avenues for generation of revenue. Like marriage party, conferences where hotel give the hall on per plate basis. The basis of cost at many locations need to be justified. I need an actual project report on hotel. does any one have it? Thanks
