guys i need some help and sugestions.i have gt a project of marketing managment 2 strt or rather open a chain of ice cream parlours which will provide sugar free ivce creams and low fat or fat free ice creams
 
Target audience is Upper class people, foreigners, tourist locations, health clubs, laughing clubs.

Also women centric locations.
 
Well when you say you opening an ice cream parlour which will have fat free ice cream, it goes way beyond the notion that ice cream is a pleasure to have but comes along with lots of calories.
Having the USP as fat free ice cream you could frst target health clubs, gyms wherein you can provide more info to the members and they being your key audience will help in targeting a huge no of health concious people.
Again the location will play a very important role as you have to keep in mind that your target would be health concious people which majorly consists of upper class.
You can develop new flavours to differentiate your parlour from the market.
