Objective of the Study

hierarchy of needs among employees of Airtel

A secondary purpose of the study was to find the level of identification on needs by classifying the employees under four groups that is age, gender, experience and marital status.

Findings and Conclusion

The basic needs, self esteem needs and self actualization needs predominate the other needs among the employees
The need for self actualization is more among younger employees The need for belongingness is found to be less among the employees

Employees in the age group of 20-29 years have higher basic needs, esteem and self actualization needs compared to other needs across various age groups Unmarried employees have more basic needs, esteem and self actualization needs.Both married and unmarried have the same level of safety and belonging needs
