Program Description:
The program is designed to match the training needs in the local labor market, based on a national
occupational skill standard for stores. The training in this program includes general skills in English
and mathematics. It also includes training in basic skills of computer operating systems in addition
to specialized skills in systems and procedures for inventory, inventory management, security and
safety applications, stores computer applications, control and stores reporting and the organization
of stores. In addition to other disciplines which serve work in store management, principles of
management, administration and office technology, introduction to statistics, secretarial procedures,
skills in printing Arabic and English, time management and e-marketing. Training on stores
management at the level of technical colleges takes (1392) contact hours, in addition to (420) hours
of cooperative training in the labor market.
The graduate of this section is awarded associate university degree in the management of
medium-sized stores, and is expected to work in areas related to stores management.
The overall objective of the program:
This program aims to provide the trainee with information and skills necessary to practice stores
management in accordance with National Occupational Skill Standard for a stores officer.
Specific objectives of the program:
At the end of this program is the trainee able and efficient to perform the following actions:
•Stores management, and dealing with new technologies in the field of stores management.
•Dealing with individuals both within and outside the organization and in accordance with
scientific methods.
•Organization and management of the various stores.
•The ability to participate in the management of human resources (employees) of the
Organization.
•Dealing with systems, software and management of information systems and management of
stores.

Program Description:
The program is designed to match the training needs in the local labor market, based on a national
occupational skill standard for stores. The training in this program includes general skills in English
and mathematics. It also includes training in basic skills of computer operating systems in addition
to specialized skills in systems and procedures for inventory, inventory management, security and
safety applications, stores computer applications, control and stores reporting and the organization
of stores. In addition to other disciplines which serve work in store management, principles of
management, administration and office technology, introduction to statistics, secretarial procedures,
skills in printing Arabic and English, time management and e-marketing. Training on stores
management at the level of technical colleges takes (1392) contact hours, in addition to (420) hours
of cooperative training in the labor market.
The graduate of this section is awarded associate university degree in the management of
medium-sized stores, and is expected to work in areas related to stores management.
The overall objective of the program:
This program aims to provide the trainee with information and skills necessary to practice stores
management in accordance with National Occupational Skill Standard for a stores officer.
Specific objectives of the program:
At the end of this program is the trainee able and efficient to perform the following actions:
•Stores management, and dealing with new technologies in the field of stores management.
