hi guys,
i had posted some time ago regarding hekp needed for a project on the call center industry in india. i have viewed all the projects, and they r well mede.now since this is a very old topic i want to know if there is anything new that i can add on to my project, any thin else that can make it look different.

hi nishant....when u say Call centre industry it is bound that you have made it as a revised journal....and you shlud also keep in mind the time when u r submitting it...that is ..somewhere next year..hence it will be better that you incorporate all the changes......

In call centres you can include the brain drain as the best of the minds use their potential for a high paying intellectually dry job.
