Project management/Software Developement tutorial

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a Tutorial/Case Study,showing all steps of a project management processes(gantt,pert) applied on an IT project(software,website whatever).

The methodology could be whatever (waterfall...) ,but i just need to know the relationship between project management and software developpement ,more specifically i need to know in wich phase of PM are certain UML diagrams made.....

Please if there is a comprehensive case study or example showing actual analysis of a case not just theory,i need this so much i will be so thankfull.

These are some good gantt study cases,but what i need is not just a gantt example,i want to see a whole project tutorial even if it's a small one,to see the steps taken in managing an IT project and their relationship with life cycles.

I know i'm asking that much but otherwise i wouldn't post in a forum

There is something near to what i want in this website :

but in this report there are :
no project management (gantt,pert...)
also there the design methodology is not very clear,i want to see an example of how "iterative" or "waterfall".... methodology are approached.
