HI FRNDSSS............ i need your help for my project.......... pleaseeeee..... I have to analyse the exit interview forms of the company and based on the result i have to prepare a questionnaire to the employees working there to find out whether they face the same problemssss........please suggest me the exact title for this project....... pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee

why do not you try
employee satisfaction survey or something on this lines
since you are analysing the exit interview forms you will be actually analysing the reasons for employee leaving the organisation .. you can also call it reason for attrrition..
