hi Friends, I am going to select PMT in Pharmaceutical industry as my career option.The key responsibilities to be handled are:
Analysing Market Trends & Creating Winning Strategies.
Implementation of the strategies at the field level and continuously monitoring results.
Training and supporting field personnel to translate strategies into actions.
Enchaning customer relationships.
New product launches.
I want to know tht how I can prepere my self for this kind of responsibilities.... I mean how can i develop insight abt it.
From where i can get the first hand knowledge tht how pharma brands are launched, managed and communicated and promoted to target segments.
