“My company’s logo on clothes I wear everyday” how does this idea seem to all of us at the first go. This is very common today at fast food restaurants or at food courts, wherein employees wear shirts along with the logo of their company. Once travelling in train I had seen a McDonald employee wearing shirt along with McDonald logo on it. Thus this provide an economic publicity although McDonalds being a big brand. Logos are more than just identification though. Is it that with such thing employees feels their importance in the organization? Customers can easily relate to the brand viewing an employee with that logo; it creates the right impact too. If a company is having logo clothing for the first time consulting for the same is more important, because it can have a negative impact and can spoil the fun and its usefulness. Now there are various aspects of logo being put on cloths of employees it can embroider or painted. The location of the logo also plays an important role; it should be viewed as awful. With all such do’s and don’ts employees should feel proud of being associated with the logo thus enhancing the service quality. Hence a very common scenario in malls at the food court, the n number of shops that sell foodstuff often wear clothes along with the name of the outlet and its logo or symbol engraved on the same. For example at Raghuleela Megamall Kandivili, I have seen Cherish and TIbs having their employees wearing uniforms along with logos, feels great to watch them work with dedication with quality service. Whatever and however the logo or the symbol looks the impact it has on customers and employees is mind blowing as it brings with it a sense of responsibility towards the brand on part of employees and faith and loyalty on part of customers.
