U have to use winrar, to open the rar format

winrar has to installed
it is just like winzip..better way of compressing
its a freeware, you can search on Google and wil easily get that

The fil is compressed in rar file, you need winrar program for accessing the file. Here is the link http://filehippo.comwhere you can download it free of cost. There are many other useful software available there which can be helpful for you.
