About us
The company is managed by Adv. Job Moraka who holds a MBA and LLB Law degree and specializes in HR,
Legal, and Business Turnaround Strategies. He started his working career at Johannesburg Consolidated
Investments (JCI), currently known as Anglo Plats, and has since held numerous senior roles in multi-national
organisations. Adv. Moraka specialized law full time for two years before re-joining the corporate world as
Corporate Services Executive for Linatex in 2010. With his extensive experience in operating at both strategic
and operational levels, Adv. Moraka provides the PPDA management team with invaluable knowledge on merger
integration, labour relations, business turnaround strategies, environmental law, sustainable development initiatives
and training.
The PPDA Team consists of highly qualifed persons with unparalleled experience in the various specialist felds.

Application criteria and requirements
The applicant must have:
• Su?cient funds available to sustain the business until such time that it generates su?cient
income to sustain itself;
• Applicants must have a high business acumen with a proven track record;
• Applicants must have knowledge and experience of sales and marketing;
• Applicants must show a history of leadership and demonstrate capability to manage the
PPDA Licensee;
• Applicants must not have a criminal record, be sequestrated or under debt review;
• A hands on role is essential at the start of the business and therefore knowledge of sales,
marketing and relationship building is of vital importance;
• Applicants cannot have any interest in any similar business.

PPDA Licensee Contract
PPDA will enter into a formal DITASA Licensee Agreement with the “shelf company”, registered
legal entity or individual.

Geographical area
The PPDA Licensee will be applicable to a designated area. Should the PPDA Licensee secure
business in another PPDA Licensee designated area, approval must be obtained from PPDA Head
Ofce prior to the agreement signed.
Tenders
A PPDA Licensee may, in joint collaboration with PPDA Head Ofce, apply for tenders.
Vendor registration
A PPDA Licensee may, in joint collaboration with PPDA Head Ofce, register as a vendor with
a corporate company.
Branding and representation
The protection and use of the DITASA brand as well as the representation thereof will be part of the
agreement between both parties.

Finances
The PPDALicensee is responsible for its own accounting procedures/policies and invoicing.
The PPDA Licensee will be invoiced on the 20th of each month for amounts due to PPDA Head Ofce which
will be payable on the last working day of each month. Details hereof will be part of the PPDA Licensee contract.
PPDA Licensee Costs
Monthly royalties will be payable, however the business plan will act as the performance instrument, on a
month-to-month basis.
You will be required to pay a once of administration fee. Thereafter a standard fx rate will be applicable.
Ideal area for a PPDA Licensee
The ideal area to set up a PPDA Licensee will be at the discretion of the Licensee. This will mainly be dictated
by the market requirements and trends in the area.
Staf
The contracting and employment of staf will be the responsibility of the Licensee.
Additional support
PPDAHead Ofce will provide the following:
• E-mail addresses;
• PPDA Licensee blog which needs to be maintained
by the PPDA Licensee;
• Set of PPDA Licensee Facebook account;
• Set up of mailchimp;
• Set up of a twitter account;
• Set up of a referral key account;
• Set up of a pinterest account; and
• Set up of a Google+ account.

Ofce
The set up and renting of ofce space is the responsibility of the Licensee.
Human Resources
All staf matters will be the responsibility of the Licensee.
Sub-contracting of services
Should any of the services be outsourced to a third party, PPDA Head Ofce must provide
written approval in this regard, prior to services being sub-contracted.
Marketing
Each PPDA Licensee will be responsible for their own marketing.
PPDA Head Ofce will provide guidance and support.
Funding
Should funding be required for the set up and ofce rent, it is strongly recommended that a
credible fnancial institution be approached in this regard.
Orientation meeting
The PPDA Licensee must attend a one day orientation meeting at PPDA Head Ofce. The
purpose of this meeting will be to explain the products, services and budgets. This will be at
the cost of the PPDA Licensee.

Annual meetings
PPDA Head Ofce, in order to save costs, will rather use available technology such as skype
to schedule regular meetings. However when it is deemed absolutely necessary, meetings will
be scheduled at PPDA Head Ofce. The cost for travel and accommodation will be the
responsibility of the PPDA Licensee.

How to become a PPDA Licensee
Step 1 Complete the attached document and send via e-mail to [email protected]
Step 2 Sign the PPDA Licensee Confdentiality Agreement;
Step 3 Obtain the PPDA Business Model documentation;
Step 4 Conduct needs assessment in the area you wish to target to determine the need of the
products and services;
Step 5 Draft a business plan and submit to PPDA Head Ofce;
Step 6 Signing of formal agreement between parties;
Step 7 PPDA Head Ofce to issue all marketing documentation;
Step 8 Commence business; and
Step 9 Within one month, PPDA Head Ofce to conduct a visit to provide support and guidance.
