Joint Admission Test for MSc is an all-India entrance exam conducted jointly by IISc and IITs on behalf of MHRD (Ministry of Human Resources Development).
The IIT JAM Examination is conducted in Seven Subjects.
Aspirants can get admission in different M.Sc. and Integrated Ph.D courses by qualifying in IIT JAM Exam.
Following are the seven subjects for which candidates can fill their IIT JAM 2018 application form:

• Biotechnology
• Biological Science
• Chemistry
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Mathematical Statistics
• Geology

Admissions should be done based on merit list.
