Poor ppl should only contest the election

Deepak from Chandigarh is the wealthiest candidate in 2009 election.His assests are valued to around 600 crores(this is no small money!).I feel he is one of such candidates contesting this election.How can one person who has such a massive wealth in his kitty know about something called recession,poverty.I feel we must fundamentally change our law so that people who are poor should contest the election so that he/she can know the real problem.Moreover,this might change the real perception of politics becoming a cash-rich cow.Moreover,ppl will also stop amassing wealth beacause they don't stand a chance to contest the next election if they become rich.This will inturn reduce the no.of ppl BPL.

not in favour..

i dont think the right to vote should be give to poor people only. this way they will vote their leaders only and a large chunk communities in india will be negatively efected.
and moreover all indians have the right to caste a vote, even rich peoples.

its not the case of poor or rich contesting the elections.it is about the dedicated people for the cause of the indian masses.
