Plz help me on role play

What do you have in mind .. have you already thought of something ?

There are a lot of stories and case studies available on the net for employee motivation and morale bits and pieces of which can be converted into a role play.

Actually we had an idea as assuming a company,comparing the performance of the employes before and after motivation....
 
I think a turnaround case study would do better ?

Leadership changes , introduction of a new boss or HR personnel , employee carrot and stick approach oriented policies influx would make a good role play i guess
