The Existing system comprises of Terminal Software, PMS Host Software, PMS Switch Application and PMS Client Application. The current solution is strictly for the electronic PIN Management (eTopUp solution). There is no system existing for the BillPay (Utility Bill Payment Solution). Hence, the rest of this section will focus on the only on the PIN Management System.
