Came accross ppts of Kotler uncles book (woh bhi chapter wise )

I'll upload them for you ....

well the name of the chapter's are as follows

Chapter 1 was Marketing in the 21st century

Chapter 2 was Building customer satisfaction through quality, service and value

Chapter 3 is Winning Markets: Market oriented strategic planning

Chapter 4 is Gathering information and measuring market demand

Chapter 5 - Scanning the marketing environment

Chapter 6 - Analyzing consumer markets and buying behaviour

they are serial no wise...
