Biotin is often called vitamin H and is a proven hair growth vitamin which prevents hair loss. Biotin also prevents hair turning grey. Biotin is found in egg yolk and milk.. Pantothenic Acid is important for the health of the skin and scalp. This nutrient is found in egg yolk, whole grains, milk, and potatos. Folic Acid when combined with Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, and PABA, helps to restore hair to its original colour. Para amino Benzoic acid ( PABA ) has been shown to be an anti-grey hair vitamin.
