National Institute of Immunology (NII), New Delhi announced admission for Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program offered in Genetics and Cellular Biology, Immunity & Infection, Chemical Structural and Computational Biology and Reproduction & Development the session 2016-16.

Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D Programs 2016:

# Candidates holding M.Sc or equivalent in any branch of science, or M.Tech or MBBS or M.V.Sc. or M.Pharm or equivalent qualification as per the norms of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, along with 60% aggregate score or equivalent grade in senior secondary certificate (10+2) are required to apply.
# Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination may also apply.​

How to Apply for Ph.D Programs 2016:

# Candidates can apply online from Sunday, November 01, 2015.
# Online application fee is Rs. 500/- (for general/OBC/PH) and Rs. 250/- (for SC/ST).
# Candidates applying through JGEEBILS-2015 will also have to submit a separate application to NII indicating their JGEEBILS hall ticket number.​

Important Dates for Ph.D Programs 2016:

# Date for submitting the online applications: Sunday, November 01, 2015 to Thursday, December 31, 2016.
# Date of entrance exam: Sunday, February 21, 2016.
# List of shortlisted candidates: Wednesday, March 16, 2016.
# Date of interview: Wednesday, June 08, 2016 to Friday, June 10, 2016.​
