Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi announced admission for 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program in Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Information Technology, Finance and Marketing for the academic session 2016-18.

Eligibility Criteria for PGDM Programs 2016 - Xavier Institute of Social Service:

Candidates should have three / four years bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. However preference will be given to Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Management and Computer Science graduates and candidates with relevant work experience.
Candidates appearing for final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination in academic year 2015-16 are also eligible to appear for the admission process.​

Selection Procedure for PGDM Programs 2016 - Xavier Institute of Social Service:

A candidate desirous of seeking admission in the institute will have to appear in an all India level management admission test organized by XLRI Jamshedpur (XAT 2016) or IIM (CAT) or AICTE, Delhi (CMAT January 2016). For admission to batch 2016-17, scores of XAT 2016, CAT 2015 and AICTE-CMAT Sept 2015 only will be accepted.
Three stage admission processes is followed by the institute as per the guidelines of AICTE. These stages are:

Assessment of Writing Skills
