Personality Development Motivational Workshop- UDAAN, held at Asia-Pacific Institute of Management

A frontrunner in the field of management education, Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi (AIM) organized a Personality Development and Motivational workshop- UDAAN in its Jasola campus. The institute organized this activity as parts of its constant endeavor to transform lives that will change the world for the better, at whatever level of human endeavour they are involved. Well known motivational speaker- Mr Ashu Jain, founder of “UDAAN-The Motivation’, addressed the attendees. Students as well as institute faculty members attended the workshop.

Motivational speaker- Mr Ashu Jain spellbound the audience during the workshop while sharing with them solid strategies to help them reach their professional and personal goals. During the workshop he guided the attendees on topics like- Self Esteem, Team Building, Motivation, Winning the People, Stress Management, Success and Leadership. Mr. Jain, shared that “Students are loaded with Books & theories, but simultaneously they also need to be self motivated to move ahead in their respective lives with a voice from inside that leads them towards what they desire to achieve. For the same, they require practical guidance and a direction and then the sky is the limit for them.”

Dr. D. K. Batra, Director, AIM, said, “In this competitive era, every students has to be self-motivated, confident and passionate before embarking in to professional life irrespective of their stream of education be it HR or Finance or Operations or Marketing, or Engineering, etc. So our students, not only need to be equipped with the conceptual knowledge but also need to be equipped with life skills like- self-motivation i.e. a voice that comes from inside to direct them towards their destinations.”
